For Online Therapy


How does therapy work?
During our first session, we will talk about what you're struggling with and collaborate on your therapeutic goals. We will agree on a treatment plan that suits your unique needs. After that, each session may look different. Some sessions will focus on unpacking your thoughts and feelings, while others may focus on deeper emotional processing work. We will check in periodically on your goals and progress. You are welcome and encouraged to ask questions about the therapeutic process or provide feedback at any point during our work together.
How long and frequent are sessions?
I recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions to start in order to gain momentum and maintain continuity. Once goals are met, some clients switch to monthly sessions for maintenance or one-off sessions when needed.
How long will therapy take?
If you have very specific, short-term goals 6-12 sessions may suffice. Healing deeper rooted patterns and trauma may take months or years. However, even in the ladder case, many clients see progress and find relief before meeting larger goals.
Do you take insurance?
Most insurance companies cover my services. Check with your provider to see if they cover Psychotherapists.
What is cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is 48 hours. The late cancellation fee is the full session fee.
Do you offer online therapy?
Yes, I exclusively offer online therapy.
